In this moment, Jan and I (Tyler), have decided we're going to start a blog. It's taken us wayyyy more than a moment to go from talking about it to writing it...but here we are, our first post!

We want to share and reflect on moments we encounter at work and in life that shape how we as individuals and people interact, behave, and grow.

A bit about us, Jan lives in Germany and is German, I (Tyler) live in the US and I'm American. We both work for the same large German company, but in different areas...Jan is in Controlling and I'm in Software Product Management.

This moment for us is a big one...just getting started.
